This can be written to enhance the SOP for proper and required use of the Mobile App.
Mobile app:
The Mobile app must be used for all delivery manifests unless approved by Deliveright.
If permission is given to use paper. We must get clear signed PODS for Each Stop as well as images as required in our SOP. We require 15 images of each item being delivered.
The mobile app must remain open during the entire Delivery day. Enabling an app manager is strongly suggested and will prevent the driver from being able to close the app. If you should lose service the app will function normally and will update once cell service has been reestablished
If an error is made in the Mobile please notify dispatch@deliveright.com to have this action reverted back to original status.
All stops must be closed in accordance to the SOP.
