Consolidated Pending Disposition
You will receive disposition of all items within 7 business days. In some cases, we may ask that the freight be held as stock at your location if space permits

Consolidated Pending Return
For all items approved for return please follow instructions given by our dispositions team
It is the Hubs responsibility to have the necessary supplies on hand to properly package the items for return.
Depending on the retailer, items may be held for volume before returned or may be shipped immediately
Donate/Dispose
If an item is authorized to be disposed, images of the item being disposed must be uploaded to the order
If an item is authorized to be donated, all factory and deliveright labels must be removed from the item and donation receipt must be uploaded to the order.
Under no circumstances can an item be sold or profited from without written permission from Deliveright
Requesting a Return/Transfer
If you have an item that has changed status or has been reassigned to a new hub as a transfer please notify Transportation@deliveright.com to request a pickup
Vendor Pickups
Once notified of a vendor pickup request it must be scheduled within 48 hours
It is the responsibility of the hub to acquire images of the items at the vendor and report any defects or issues prior to completing the pickup. If any issues or damages are noticed the driver must contact the hub and Deliveright dispatch to avoid any vendor claims
Once a vendor pickup has been completed it must be scanned and available for transfer within 48 hours unless packaging is required
If an item requires packaging it is the hub's responsibility to properly prepare freight for transfer. Please take images of the items prior to packaging as well as completed package and upload to the order
If you have an item that has been identified as a transfer please notify Transportation@deliveright.com to request a pickup
