Click on the +Order button to begin entering an order. Choose the shipper to be used for this order. Enter in a PO number that will be used to order and ship your items. If you have a freight number at the time of booking you can use this in the freight field. If not we will populate once we have a BOL from Carrier. Please enter all of the final mile information. Get (2) phone numbers if possible and email address. This will help in the scheduling process.
Line Item Entry
Quantity: First choose the quantity of items. This means the number of duplicate line items. So if you order 8 Chairs of all of the same SKU and they come 2 per box you would enter the quantity of 8. This allows for 1 label per item once opened for the client.
Sku: Try to be as specific as possible. We really suggest using the manufacturer's SKU as it will appear on the BOL and the item. This will help ensure accuracy when receiving. Also, if you use this SKU again as you enter it it will auto-populate the information for you.
Item Name: Again please enter the description or name of the item here and be as specific as possible. This will aid us in making certain the items are correct when receiving.
Weights: Please enter the total weight for the line item.
Vendor: Please enter the Vendor that manufactures the item. If you do not want this visible to the client you can enter yourself as the Vendor. Please keep in mind we use this as well to identify items. So it helps us to know who’s name is on the outside of the box.
Freight for the Order
Please select how the freight will come to us. If we are handling the pick up of freight or if you are assigning a carrier to get the freight to the final mile hub.
Verify Pick up Information
Please try to send our labels and BOL’s to the Vendor. This will ensure accuracy and overall Positive experience. Our system will track all movements on the items if they are labeled with our shipping labels.

Service Level: Please make sure the client knows what the service level will be at time of delivery.

It is advised that you pay for the shipment at this time. If items arrive without payment it will delay the scheduling process.

Take the time to review your order. Please try to use our BOL’s and labels and secure payment. Please make sure that order entry is performed before the items ship. If an item does reach our dock without an order entered it could be refused.
