Checking in the load
All freight must be checked in for proper SKU, PO, Item count and carton damages prior to signing the drivers paperwork
Images of the signed BOL/POD must be uploaded to the manifest using the image button on the mobile app prior to driver departure. This must have all exceptions noted on the images.
Mobile App
You must use the mobile app to receive all freight.
If no Manifest is created for you please email freight@deliveright.com or you can create one for yourself.
Please email/call GH support if any issues with functionality in the Mobile app or Grasshopper.
Manifest completion
All orders on the manifest must be in the correct status (received/Consolidated) within 48 hours
All OS&D must be emailed the same day as trailer arrival unless it is a drop trailer
