Supervisor Verification
A member of the Warehouse team must verify the route with the use of the Mobile app. This is to ensure all items are pulled to the lines
A second verification after Deluxing is suggested to make certain every item has its own label. For Example: 2 chairs in one Box with one Label becomes two chairs with one label. This will require items to be split.
Driver/Contractor Verification
The driver/Helper/Loader should perform a Verification scan prior to the load process beginning. This will ensure that no items have been added or taken off of the delivery lane. It also helps to catch any reschedules.
Loss Prevention
These two scans are put in place to aid in Loss prevention.
An additional scan can be completed when actively loading the truck and can be initiated at any time.
