Pickup Procedures
Pickups are to be handled with the same care as new freight. All items must be inspected while in the home, images acquired and completely blanket wrapped for return to the hub. All damages and/or issues must be reported while still at the home or business.
When checking in customer pickups please make sure every individual item has a label and split accordingly for tracking purposes
All customer pickups must be scanned in within 48 hours at the Hub
Surprise Customer Pickups
If any item is given back to you at a stop and you do not have a pickup scheduled on the mobile app you must contact Deliveright dispatch for approval @dispatch@deliveright.com
