Making Pre-call
The driver must make a 30 minute pre-call to every customer using the Mobile app.
If no answer is received then you should reach out to dispatch.
When you arrive at the residence and there is no one home you must call dispatch and at that time the 20 minute timer starts.
We must Initiate the Not at Home Feature in the Mobile app.
We must remain at the house for the 20 MINUTES while we attempt to contact Customer
Dispatch must contact the shippers for all Not At Homes.
Clear notes must be added to the order by Dispatch with what steps were taken and who we spoke to at Shipper or residence.
A follow up call must be made to dispatch to be released from the Delivery.

Note:
You must get clear images of the home during the not at Home procedures with the truck in the photo if possible.
A picture of the driver/or helper knocking/ringing doorbell is acceptable.
