Morning Responsibilities
The Driver must be in Full Uniform for Load out. This means wearing a Deliveright/Company Shirt. Clean neat appearance wearing Blue/Black/Khaki pants or shorts and Black Shoes.
No logos of any kind can be displayed on any part of the uniform including hats. Example, Nike,Atlanta Braves,AC/DC.
We do prefer you wear a delivery style belt without a metal buckle to avoid scratching furniture.
Driver Must have a full days supply of Gloved/Booties and MUST be Worn at every stop. Also applies to COVID-19 Supplies
Truck:
The truck should remain clean and presentable throughout the day. There should not be debris on the dash or falling out when the cargo doors are open. Furniture is a perception business.
All freight must be properly secured to avoid damages.
All pick ups must be completely Blanket wrapped for return to Hub.
Delivery:
Drive team is not permitted to Smoke while at the customers location
Any offensive tattoos should be covered while at residence.
Speaking of a foreign language while in front of the customer is not permitted
Using the customers bathroom is not permitted unless a commercial location.
Check-in:
All rejected orders/returns must be back at the building no later than 48 hours from the day of pick up.
The freight must be labeled and scanned for Deliveright Disposition. (see returns SOP)
